Celebrate Church (1000 S. Sycamore) will be a BackPack distribution site for Feeding SD on Thursday, August 11th and 18th. They will serve a meal from 11:30am-12:30pm, and children can take a BackPack home with them. Children 0-18 must be present

Qualifications to attendPlease visit one food distribution, closest to your home or work, each calendar month. You will be asked
to provide your household information and self-declare your household income.
Typically, each family receives approximately 75 pounds of fresh and frozen produce, dairy, meat, breads and other non-perishable food items. The type of food distributed varies depending on what is available at the current time.
If you are unable to attend a mobile food distribution TEFAP Proxy pickups are allowed. Please complete and print this FORM and give to your proxy to bring with to the food distribution. Proxy forms are also available with our driver at each distribution.
